How to do this workout
Each piece of equipment in the gym has instructions on how to do the exercise correctly and what muscles you are working.
You really want to focus on 2 things: proper form and muscles worked.
Lift very slowly and retract very slowly. Each repetition should take about 10 seconds.
If you don’t feel fatigue at 10 reps you need to add more weight.
