Become more aware of the thoughts you think and the things you give your attention to. If you find your world falling apart it is because you've given your attention to the wrong things.
1. What you focus on becomes bigger. Focus on the good things that happen in your day. Even when you focus on the little things like someone opening the door for you, the bigger things come to pass. Keep your attention on the positives and watch it bloom.
2. Set your intentions for the day. Set intentions for what you want to do that day but let go of the process. Intend to wake up on time and feel refreshed, intend to go to the gym and have a good workout, intend to have a nice drive to work, intend what you need to get done for the day at work, etc. Intentions are everything. If you constantly put out there that you are going to have a bad day then you will. Try it for 30 days and watch miraculous changes happen in your life.
3. Your reality creates your personality. This is a quote from Dr. Joe Dispenza. Think about it, if you are focusing on the news, Facebook, other people's problems and their illnesses, this is what you will create more of in your life. Get out there and create a new reality by focusing on the positives and setting grand intentions. Flood your day with positivity instead of news. Watch positive youtube channels and flood your day with awesome material. Watch your days change as you do this.
Do this for 21 days to build a new habit. Get into the flow and watch your life fall apart less and less. Much love x-Kathie :)
