Free your mind with hacks

Yesterday I was listening to a podcast on mind hacks. Mind hacks can create newness in your environment and then add to your world which is so much bigger than you can even comprehend.


1 Become spontaneous. I wrote about Artist Dates the other day and how they create spontaneity. The mind thinks over 70,000 thoughts a day and most of those thoughts are recycled from the day before. When you do something spontaneous it requires your brain to wire differently. Get in the habit of doing this and you will create new thoughts and actually re-wire your brain.


2. Become aware 360 degrees. Military training teaches this type of awareness. Become aware of everything going on around you - in front, behind, and beside. The sights you see, the sounds you hear, even the smells. This also re-wires your brain and enables you to react better when serious situations arise. Hence this is why military trains this technique.


3. Have morning and night time routine. Highly successful people have an established morning and night time routines. Your brain is in the best state in the morning and right before sleeping to get in touch with your Source. Having a routine in which you establish successful habits will send you over the top to your success. I love studying successful people and these routines and find ways to put these into my routines.
