This challenge will focus on sculpting and strengthening one of most important and by far the largest and strongest muscle groups in the body! Follow along with the 12 week program designed to build and tone strong glutes. Designed on MyPTHub you can take the app with you to the gym and easily follow along. Motivational emails weekly from Kathie as consultations as needed via Skype, Facetime or email. You will want to belong to a gym that has a cable machine, all the regular hip and leg machines, barbells or Smith Machine. See below for a preview of the program! Benefits of the program
Many of us suffer from poor posture, tight, shortened hip flexors and glutes that "forget" how to activate properly. All of this contributes to the most commonly observed postural deviations: swayback and kyphosis-lordosis. What's more, forward tilting hips push the abdomen out, creating the illusion of a 'gut,' even in the absence of excess belly fat.
